to counselors
“Most
people experience times when they feel overwhelmed by
life or circumstances, and they need some help in moving
forward in a positive way. Life events, personal issues,
difficulties in relationships, or things from our past
can hinder us from moving forward and from leading the
full life God intended. Taking the positive step of
going to counseling can help get a new perspective on
a situation, work through personal or relationship issues
in a positive way, and facilitate the process of finding
a positive path for the future.”
Magdalena Weeks, M.S.
Magdalena Weeks received her Master
of Science degree in Clinical Psychology in 2002 from
the University of Goteborg, Sweden. She is a Licensed
Clinical Psychologist in her native country of Sweden,
where she lived until September of 2005. Before her
psychology studies, Magdalena dedicated one year to
Bible-studies at the Evangelical School of Hjälmared

interest in understanding and helping others led her
to pursue the profession of psychology and counseling.
From 2002 until 2005, Magdalena worked
at a community mental health center in Hudiksvall, Sweden.
In the fall of 2005 Magdalena moved with her husband
to America, and started working at a private Christian

in counseling older teenagers, young adults, adults
and couples dealing with a variety of issues such as
depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder,

also has experience in performing psychological evaluations
of children, adolescents and adults, in areas such as
